Theertha International Artists Collective
Theertha International Artists Collective is an artist-led initiative based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It takes its name from the Sinhala and Tamil word for port, wherein the ideas of arrival and departure are implicit. Set up in May 2000, Theertha is an association of contemporary Sri Lankan artists, with offices, studio and artists' accommodation on the outskirts of Columbo.
