HAT Website
The HAT Australia project tested ways in which such a project might be supported and extended through the use of a website, and it is proposed that this would be repeated and further developed for this second phase. The website will become a crucial communication hub with greater responsibility given to artists to participate and develop the site’s potential for developing a sense of community during and beyond the funded life of this Project
The website will be used to
- Promote the Project to potential artists, hosts and partners
- Market the Project to audiences
- Support the artist selection process and confirm the residency appointments
- Communicate between artists, hosts, stakeholders and the project managers during the Project
- Explore new methods of recording and documenting each residency
- Ensure a flow of information and practical advice from artist to artist and country to country
