This work, researched alongside entomologist Christopher O’Toole, highlights the importance of biodiversity upon our food supply.
The wallpieces are constructed in layers from wood veneer intensely saturated with colour. The surface is then cut away to expose inner layers revealing hidden colours random fractures and ragged edges thereby reflecting the fragility of the earth and of our lives .
